The whole fleet reaches Villa Park off the SR-55. One call, one flat number, one truck.
City · Orange County
We have been putting units into Villa Park long enough to know which streets are a problem. The run out is about 30 min northeast on SR-55 to Katella Ave or Santiago Canyon Rd, and the placement conversation usually starts before the address does.
Villa Park is Orange County's smallest city — roughly 5,800 people on half-acre-plus lots with almost no commercial land, no sidewalks or streetlights on most streets, and horse-keeping rights. That makes it almost purely residential: large custom remodels, second-story additions, pool and barn/ADU projects, and long-duration jobs on estate lots. The only commercial construction is the small Villa Park Town Center, and the event work is private — backyard weddings, graduations and neighborhood functions.
Worth knowing
If your count is borderline, we will say so. A second unit costs a fraction of what a line costs you.
Crew got bigger, guest list grew. Call and we add units at the same rate rather than re-pricing the order.
One unit per ten workers on a job site, roughly one per hundred guests over four hours at an event. We check the number against the job before the truck is loaded.
The fleet
All five units go to Villa Park. Which one you want depends less on the town than on who is going to use it.
The unit most Villa Park jobs take: vented single stall, urinal, occupied latch, sealed tank.
Flushes, has its own sink and a mirror, and fits anywhere a standard unit fits.
A wide cube rather than a tall box — the floor area is the whole point.
Free-standing double basin, foot taps, separate fresh and gray tanks. One per three restrooms.
The unit people remember, in the good way. Book it months ahead in season.
Delivery
Placement in Villa Park follows the same three rules everywhere: firm level ground, a clear door swing, and a route the service truck can use again next week. Soft ground, irrigated turf and loose sand fail the first one, so those placements move to pavement or onto matting.
Where there is a bank of units, the accessible one goes at the end nearest the accessible parking on the firm route, and the hand-wash station goes to the side rather than in front of a door.
One thing about Villa Park in particular: no sidewalks or street lighting and long semi-rural driveways on half-acre estate lots mean units get placed well back on the property, and neighbors expect them screened.
