This is gated hillside custom-home country — the work is multi-year custom builds and heavy remodels inside guard-gated villages like Pelican Crest, Crystal Cove and Shady Canyon-adjacent tracts, where crews are on site for months. On the coastal side, Crystal Cove State Park generates park-service, trail-crew and film/photo-shoot needs, and Pelican Hill hosts weddings and golf tournaments that want clean overflow restrooms rather than trailers on the lawn. Slope stabilization and fire-road/brush-clearance contracts in the San Joaquin Hills round it out.
Worth knowing
One unit per ten workers on a job site, roughly one per hundred guests over four hours at an event. We check the number against the job before the truck is loaded.

Delivery
Delivery into Newport Coast is booked with a date rather than a time slot, and we will call ahead if you want to meet the driver. Most sites do not need anyone there — if the placement is agreed on the phone, the unit will be standing in the right place when you arrive.
One thing about Newport Coast in particular: guard-gated entries with pre-cleared vendor lists plus steep, tightly-curved hillside driveways limit truck length and force scheduled, escorted deliveries.
