Portable restrooms in Seal Beach come off the same yard as everything else we deliver, and the run there is about 15 min northwest straight up PCH. If your job is anywhere near Pacific Coast Hwy (SR-1) or Main St, we have almost certainly set units within a few blocks of it.
Seal Beach splits three ways: the small beach-town core around Main Street and the pier (city beach operations, pier and lifeguard work, Main Street events, the Car Show and Christmas Parade, film shoots on the sand), the enormous Leisure World retirement community with continuous unit-by-unit renovation and common-area projects, and the inland Old Ranch/Rossmoor Center commercial side. The Naval Weapons Station and the wildlife refuge add restricted-access government and habitat-restoration work.

Between Seal Beach Pier and the Main Street business district the streets in Seal Beach change character enough that we ask about the specific block rather than the town. It is not pedantry — the difference decides whether the unit goes at the curb, in the driveway, in the alley or inside the fence.
One thing about Seal Beach in particular: soft-sand beach and pier placements need a truck that can work the ramp and hard-pack access, and Main Street's permit parking means event units go on approved staging spots only.
