Delivery
The driver has three things to satisfy at every Laguna Niguel drop: the unit is safe where it stands, it is reachable next week, and it does not create a problem for anyone else using the site. Everything else is negotiable.
If your preferred spot fails one of them he will tell you which one and what the alternative is.
One thing about Laguna Niguel in particular: gated hillside tracts need HOA sign-off and a gate code before delivery, and the driveways are steep enough that units set at the flat top pad.
