What the number covers

Delivery to the site. The units, for the period you booked. A full weekly service — tank pumped, bowl and urinal washed down, fresh deodorizing charge, paper restocked. And collection when the job ends. That is one figure, quoted before you commit, and it does not change afterwards.

About the money

Why does this page not publish a rate card?
Because a price list would be wrong for most jobs. What a rental costs depends on the unit, the term, the count and the drive, and publishing a single number would mean quoting high enough to cover the worst case for everybody.
What does the flat number cover?
Delivery, the rental period, the weekly service — pump, wash down, recharge, restock — and collection at the end.
What is not included?
Extra service visits beyond the agreed schedule, damage or loss, and anything that needs a return trip because the site was not accessible on the day. All of it is discussed before it happens.
Is there a delivery fee?
No separate one. The drive is inside the quoted number, which is why distance affects the number rather than appearing as a line.
Do you charge a fuel or environmental surcharge?
No. If we quote you a figure, that is the figure.
Is a monthly rate cheaper than four weekly ones?
Yes, noticeably. Anything running a month or more should be on the monthly rate.
Do you need a deposit?
For most jobs, no. Large event orders and trailers are discussed on the call.
Can I add units mid-rental?
Yes, at the same rate. Call and we will add them to the existing order rather than re-pricing everything.
